Born and raised around the real estate business in the South Bay area of Los Angeles and a current Playa Del Rey resident, he has a thorough knowledge of the housing market and inventory as well as the subtle intricacies of each unique community. Coming into the Real Estate world after a tenure in the film industry, Chad was awarded the Coldwell Banker – Sunset Strip “Rookie of the Year” in 2013 for his gregarious attitude and strong work ethic. He has a “big picture” focus with a detail-oriented process, and is always looking out for the best interest of his clients. Chad relies on open communication and believes in the power of education, so that his clients feel empowered and knowledgeable in their buying and selling options. He is constantly looking for innovative and out-the-box solutions to make your buying or selling experience productive, positive and profitable in what can be an over-whelming real estate process. Chad received his BA in Mass Communications and Anthropology from UC Berkeley. After graduation, he returned to the Los Angeles area and dedicated 15 years to the film and television industry managing multimillion-dollar projects and films. He is an active member of the LAX Coastal Chamber of Commerce and their Young Professionals Committee and also serves on the Board of Directors for Alzheimer’s Greater Los Angeles, where his focus is on advocacy and awareness. If he is not in the office or working with various non-profits, he can be found boating, honing his skills on the golf course, taking a leisure bike ride on the Strand or spending quality time with his family.
